Organized and thorough
The best part of this book is that after each exercise, Brett provides you with a lick that reinforces what you just learned in a musical context. This to me is just as invaluable, putting exercises into musical ideas and contexts. A great way to teach and learn. Great book.

In the same league as Frank Gambale’s Improvisation Made Easier to me. Brett Garsed Style is all over the book, incredible exploration of his mechanics ! This is very deep work by the master himself. One of the best lead guitar book available.
